Cityspace is registered on the Data Protection Register (Number Z605023). Personal data being processed by Cityspace Ltd is categorised under three headings:

- Advertising, marketing & public relations
- Accounts & records
The Cityspace website does not store or capture personal information but merely logs the user's IP address which is automatically recognised by the Web server.
We use IP addresses contained in the web server's log files to analyse trends, administer the site, track user movements through the site as an aid to future development, and gather broad demographic information.
News ListServer Subscriptions
We hold lists of email addresses for visitors who subscribe to the 'Cityspace Newsletter' online. The 'Cityspace Newsletter' list of email addresses is used solely to send out email updates to subscribers. This list is not used for any other purpose than that described, nor is it shared with any company or institution other than CityspaceLtd.
Forms
We hold lists of emails generated from the feedback forms on the website. The contact details including name, address, email, telephone and fax, are used solely to respond to the individual requests from the senders. None of the contact information is shared with any company or institution other than Cityspace Ltd.
We do not use cookies for collecting user information from the site and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of the Web server.
This privacy policy only covers the Cityspace Ltd. website at http://www.Cityspace.com. Other links within this site to other websites are not covered by this policy.
Notification of Changes
If we need to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes in this document so that users are always aware of which information we collect, how we use it and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we would notify users by email.
