All iPlus Points are equipped with printers which customers can use to print off redeemable vouchersfor offers from local businesses. In addition, Cityspace offer an SMS couponing service by which 'virtual vouchers' are sent via text message to users' mobile phones, and can be redeemed in the same way.
What if we start to run out of the product we are offering?
Your offer on iPlus Networks is dynamic, and completely in your control. This means that you can change or remove it if and when you like, in accordance with your specific needs at any given time.
How do we know how well our service / offer is doing?
Each month you will receive a report detailing usage and printout statistics, as well as news about any innovations on the Network or in the design of the user interface. This helps you assess your offers or services, and whether they need to be adapted for different areas.
